Summary
In a South Korea where the Juvenile Act has been abolished and a “Rehabilitation Center” has been established to reform juvenile criminals, Minsoo is sent there under the false accusation of murder. However, he soon discovers that the rehabilitation center is a living hell from which escape through normal means is impossible.
